How do I connect CrazyRocket to Brevo?

1) Get your API Key from Brevo

• Log in to your Brevo account
• Click on your account name at the top-right side of the screen
• Navigate to Settings > SMTP & API > API Keys

• Click on Generate a new API key
• Name your API key (e.g., "CrazyRocket Integration")
• Click Generate
• Copy your API key immediately and save it somewhere safe
• IMPORTANT: The full API key is only shown once! Make sure to copy it before closing the window.

2) Open the Integrations Menu on CrazyRocket

• Log in to the Dashboard
• Click on SETUP > INTEGRATIONS
• Expand the Brevo section and click SETUP

3) Paste the API Key

• Paste the API Key previously copied from your Brevo account
• Make sure your API key has full read/write permissions

4) Select a List

• Select an existing list from the dropdown, or create a new list directly in Brevo by clicking the "Create New List in Brevo" button

PLEASE NOTE

Collected emails will be automatically exported to the selected list, along with segmentation data including:
CRZ_InitialPage, CRZ_CouponId, CRZ_ReferrerSite, CRZ_ReferrerURL, CRZ_UTMSource, CRZ_UTMMedium, CRZ_UTMTerm, CRZ_UTMContent, CRZ_UTMCampaign, CRZ_Country, CRZ_DeviceType, CRZ_Tag

5) Save Settings

• Once you reach the last page of the wizard, click on FINISH to save the settings
• If everything works as expected the system will show a "SAVED!" message

Open your Brevo admin and click on Contacts > Lists. You should see your selected list ready to receive contacts :)

6) Assign the integration to the campaign(s)

• Open the campaign(s) you want to connect to the Brevo integration
• Go under the GLOBAL section and select Brevo on the integrations dropdown

DONE! Brevo is now ready to receive the e-mails collected from CrazyRocket.
