  • 4 minutes
  • All plans

Quick answer

Create an API token in MailerLite (Integrations > MailerLite API), open SETUP > INTEGRATIONS in the CrazyRocket dashboard, expand MailerLite, click SETUP and paste the token. Select the group that should receive the leads, save, then open each campaign's Global section and select MailerLite in the integrations dropdown.

1) Get your API Token from MailerLite

  • Log in to your MailerLite account
  • Use the right-hand dropdown menu to navigate to Integrations
  • Click the Use button next to Developer API
  • Next to API Tokens, click Generate new token
  • Name your token (e.g., "CrazyRocket Integration")
  • Choose IP restrictions - you can give access to any IP address, or certain IPs only
  • Accept the terms and click Create token
  • Click the Copy button to copy your new token
  • IMPORTANT: The API token is only shown once! Make sure to copy it before closing the window.

2) Open the Integrations Menu on CrazyRocket

  • Log in to the Dashboard
  • Click on SETUP > INTEGRATIONS
  • Expand the MailerLite section and click SETUP

3) Paste the API Token

  • Paste the API Token previously copied from your MailerLite account
  • Make sure your API token has full read/write permissions

4) Select a Group

  • Select an existing group from the dropdown, or create a new group directly in MailerLite by clicking the "Create New Group in MailerLite" button

PLEASE NOTE

Collected emails will be automatically exported to the selected group, along with segmentation data including:
CRZ_InitialPage, CRZ_CouponId, CRZ_ReferrerSite, CRZ_ReferrerURL, CRZ_UTMSource, CRZ_UTMMedium, CRZ_UTMTerm, CRZ_UTMContent, CRZ_UTMCampaign, CRZ_Country, CRZ_DeviceType, CRZ_Tag

5) Save Settings

  • Once you reach the last page of the wizard, click on FINISH to save the settings
  • If everything works as expected the system will show a "SAVED!" message

Open your MailerLite admin and navigate to Subscribers > Groups. You should see your selected group ready to receive subscribers :)

6) Assign the integration to the campaign(s)

  • Open the campaign(s) you want to connect to the MailerLite integration
  • Go under the GLOBAL section and select MailerLite on the integrations dropdown

DONE! MailerLite is now ready to receive the e-mails collected from CrazyRocket.

People also ask

Can I send different campaigns to different groups?

Each integration setup points to one group; use a custom tag per campaign in the Global section to tell them apart inside MailerLite.
